    The Ledge

This is a photograph I took last Xmas Eve, it is taken from the summit of a mountain called Corn Du in the Brecon Beacons.

I'm only sorry that it's not larger to fill my screen. It's a beauty Matt!

Nice shot Matt, very well captured. I have been known to enjoy that view - but not for a year or two, maybe this summer I will do that trek again, the view makes the effort very worthwhile.

I haven't been up there since I took this, I've got some time off coming up so I hope to get up there again.

I would of like to of got close to the edge but it was so windy that day, and you don't want to be falling off that... you might break your camera.

Take a bow Matt, take a bow. That is an absolute cracker. Print it out and hang it on your wall.

Beautiful and well done on escaping on Xmas Eve to get up there. It's many years since I climbed it, its one of the first my son ever did unaided (i.e. not on Dad's shoulders) - he's 26 now !!

Thanks Kaye, it looks a nice day from the photo but it was bitterly cold and blowing a gale!

Ah your son is around the same age as me
