Basically trial and error. Shot in RAW. Initiial processing in Sony Express. Brought out the blues and the yellows worked on the details of brightness, contrast etc. Originally Posted by gregj1763
Exported in 8 bit Tiff to gimp. Did a little more cleaning.
Isolated the watch and did a neon edge detect.
Desaturated the whole shot.
Exported as JPEG and opened in Picasa.
Adjusted the shadows and highlights and applied a zoom effect.
If memory serves that is pretty much it.
