I haven't been to too many coastal towns in New Brunswick, but both Peggy's Cove and Lunenburg (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) in Nova Scotia meet that description, as tourism replaces fishing as the primary source of income in many of these places. That being said, both the lighthouse at Peggy's Cove and the brightly coloured old town part of Lunenburg are definitely photogenic.
