    Photography Contracts and pricing

I'm finally making the big leap from enthusiast to "semi-pro"
I have a client lined up to do an hour of pictures for a family reunion.
Anyhow, I'm writing this thread if anyone out there would be willing to share standard photography contracts or know a good source for samples?
Any additional help with pricing as well. I've seen some others price in edited pictures included in the package.

This helps a little but the major item that I was hoping to see was some sort sample contract/verbiage to build off of. Maybe I missed it but still looking for that in particular.

Contracts are a bit more involved than just a simple form, you can find plenty of examples online; to draft a binding contract you should look at this link and consider the consequences of any decision you make.

May be expensive, but after working up what you feel is a good contract, it should be approved by a local attorney familiar with contract law in IL. This protects you and spells out in writing yours and their obligation(s) are. Also need to ensure that your attorney review a model release form as well. Those should be generally be separate documents.

Totally agree with having the contract reviewed by an attorney.

    Take a look here.
