Big Pier, Little Surfer
I am a fan of the, "Big Landscape, little Person" style but unfortunately I do not have a Ultra-Wide Angle lens at this time. However, I feel I got a bit of that feel during this shot.
Would love any CC regarding Color, Comp or anything else you may find. Thank you!

I think I know what you mean by "Big Landscape, little Person" style Javier but I think that in order to work, the figure needs to be lost in a vastness (for the want of a better description). Here, the pier dominates and for me, the figure looses it's relevance. The pier looks to be a good subject in its own right though.

Nice concept. The water beneath the pier looks odd, the crop is a bit too tight at the top, the partial lamp post, and the pier extended to the horizon should be a bit less centered. Just an opinion.

Re: Big Pier, Little Surfer
The pier seems a bit 'washed out' in this image but at full screen size the contrast strengthens and looks much better.
Possibly the highlight detail on the waves has been fractionally over exposed? So very difficult to get this perfect in a scene with such a mixture of exposure requirements as I know all too well.
Composition looks good to me.

Can I ask a question about your shot settings - this is in no way a criticism but they are different to the way I would have approached the shot, and I'd appreciate a better understanding of why you used such a wide aperture and high speed shutter for such a wide scene - just trying to expand my horizons!
