I love the first image Tejal though perhaps a tighter crop taking out the top right leaf, when I did this on screen it showed up so much more detail in the remaining leaves and lost a lot of the black negative space.
The second image I would crop to take out the left of screen leaving trunk, flowers and right background.
    My humble suggestions

Thanks a lot Greg for your valuable suggestions . I wish to get suggestions from you always.

    About the crop :

Image #1, I have something what you said, but that image is little shaky. But yes this image i can crop. I will try that crop.

Image #2, Are you talking about removing whole left side part ?

Nicely done. I'm sort of divided on the background treatment of the first image, the bokeh creates too much vibration for my eyes and it distracts from the leaves.

Hmmmmmmm... Same thing is there in my mind too. I tried to tone it down but then the leaves are getting affected, so I left it as it is. Or I may need to mask it.

I do not see any EXIF, Tejal...I was trying to find what software you use for your editing actually...so if you have Photoshop, you can do a little bit of burning the bokeh a little bit more, not the whole image but just that bokeh part...and I agree with Greg about the side of the tree. If you can tone that down lots, it will help concentrate more on the composition...it is a real nice image if the side lights are not so glaring...I am doing this backwards having commented on #2 first... Now in #1 I like that composition a lot apart from the very evident big dot atop the leaves...

Tejal - I like the first image very much and feel that Greg's edit has strengthened it.

The second image does not work as well for me. My eyes are drawn to both sides (the bright areas) of the image and this really means I don't notice the flowers as much as I should. I played around with a crop a bit, but nothing really does a quick fix here for me.

I did use unsharp mask at 50% on the first image Tejal just to highlight the detail in the leaves

I think Greg is exactly right about the crop on no.1. Images with simple content and a bold subject tend to work best if the subject is not cut by the frame. It's not always true. Portraits for example are a notable exception.
I agree with Manfred about no.2. There is no doubt that the flower growing from the tree trunk is both interesting and beautiful. Composition is the difficulty here. Perhaps with the camera level to the flowers and shallower depth of field to soften the background it might have worked better but not everybody carries a step ladder in their camera case.
Ansel Adams had a platform on the roof of his car to give him a higher vantage point, especially useful when using large format cameras.

Wonderful light in #1 Tejal May I ask how you shot this. It seems to be a back-lit photo, did you darken the BG with PP?
