    Bite to eat, anyone?

One of the odd things about Norway is the number of dried fish and bits of fish that you come across....

It sure is! I think it is actually a cod. You couldn't put your head in there - but a small baby would fit nicely

Well I don't think I will be eating any cod anytime soon.

You wouldn't want to meet that on a dark night Dave. Well seen and captured.

The whole thing is there, swinging on the breeze on a piece of rope. It's a bit eerie.

Good grief. Don't let my fishmonger see that or he might start getting ideas.

It is meant to dry like this...Asians are very good at drying fish like this. Dave, the first shot -- you can invent a few text in what it is saying, you know... like this ...

Jim...I had cod for dinner last night, but not as dry as this one... I rather prefer the inch-thick pork that Bill had and I kept stealing some slice from him...whereas I had fish and chips and the menu said, it is cod.

Would it be a Monkfish? Real name Angler Fish.

Enormous mouth, I've even known them take herring gulls by coming up underneath when the birds were sitting on the water.
