Employees Time Clock – by the International Time Recording Division of IBM -- For those who cannot read the label properly, it says:
"The clock was manufactured by the International Business Machine (IBM). The clock has a rotating interior drum on which a time clerk would place a time sheet listing each of the employees assigned to that particular clock. When an employee arrived, he or she would rotate the outer handle to the designated clock number and punch in. These clocks were used continuously until the Bevo Bottling plant was renovated in the mid 1980."
This interesting piece of antiquity can be seen in a separate room located adjacent to the Clydesdale stable along with other artifacts at Anheuser-Busch, St. Louis.
