Grab
Or "almost grab". It would have been better to capture the moment when his hand was actually on the board. I'm realizing that I need to learn more about the various moves I see these guys do on the water, so as to anticipate them better.

I'd be grateful for any advice you may have as to how I can improve on this image in PP as I would like to share it with the subject. Some twenty-five years ago, this guy was ranked #2 in the world as a windsurfer and he is lovely to watch on a kiteboard.

Re: Grab
Nicely captured, the only different edit I can think of would be to alter the sky somewhat so that the highlights are more prominent, also if possible blur the landscape so that it doesn't look so static. It's a great capture.

Re: Grab
Not at all shabby Janis. A very well caught shot. My only thought might be to add a light vignette and perhaps a lift in the shadow areas but it's pretty good as is.
Something like (Flick between the two in Litebox):

Re: Grab
A well captured action shot Janis, PP can improve it but nailing the shot is the most important factor and you did it well

Re: Grab
Thanks, Binnur. It turns out I got one of the actual grab as well and there are a number of others worth sharing but I ran out of processing time so they will have to wait until next week.
