Hi Brian IMO you should use a macro lens for such a little flower shot Brian. It seems to be a pretty flower indeed but it is really difficult to understand its beauty in such a composition .

IMR (in my reality) there are no macro lenses. But there may be ways to get this little blue flower to blossom without one. Even iof there aren't I'm going to have fun trying to find a way.

Well, then may be it might be a good idea to use the same technique as the one you use for your other flower/butterfly shots
