    I think the brights should be toned down a bit, the foreground in shadow looks fine. With just a bit more detail applied to the CAFE building I think this could be a quite enjoyable scene.

    +1 to John's comment....I find the bright building needs toning down too...it sort of detracts a little bit from the actual subject. I have to go back and looked at your metering again. Apart from too much foreground, I like that I am able to see everything...and the presence of people around the place gives a good scale of how big this place is...Well done!

    Steve - All I can say is that it does not look oversharpened, as I don't see any tell-tale signs of that. The problem with sharpening is that we would have to see the 100% size of image that you are working at, as once you downsize to post on the internet, that step, as well as the screens we are viewing the image on would influence our call.

    If I were to take an educated guess, I suspect you need to sharpen a touch more, as I feel there is an overall softness to this image at my full screen size (on a laptop).

    Cheers Manfred, I will choose one for printing and sharpness is extremely important.
