I think you have an interesting image. If it were mine I would clone out the tops on the bottom center, so the image was just included the tall(er) stems. Then I would convert it to B&W, since there's no real background and the only color is green, I think this would make an interesting B&W. Just my thoughts...

I agree with Jack, B&W would look good as there are only two shades, black and green.
