Rainbow

I spent all weekend at the airport here for the final round of a photo contest. As I came around the corner to the airport this was the sight. Grabbed my camera from the passenger seat and took a quick shot. It was about 6:30 in the morning and with only 4 hours sleep I wasn't very awake at this point. I didn't think to check my settings but this is the result.

I will post airshow pics another day. It will take a bit to sort through and get the editing done.

Thanks John. I really liked the sky, there was quit the contrast between the bit of blue and the dark part of the sky.

Nice shot Rita, my only critique would be that it lacks a little depth. But obviously there's not much you can do in this situation if you're shooting from the car!

Mike, it really was a nice sight. Wish I would have been able to spend a few minutes with it but I was already running behind time
