    Brian, this is a somewhat surreal image. First glance and the flower is floating in the frame. I rather like the effect.

    Plenty of clear detail there, even at full screen size.

    I like it Brian.

    One thing I do is carry a very small pair of scissors. Never know when you might want to do a little clean up before a shot.

    so do I. I like it even more because this was effect I was trying for when I set up the camera. Slowly but surely I am learning.

    Just the response i was hoping for. I used it in a blog about reducing background distractions in ones life.

    The camera and lens do do a good job as long as I stay within their comfort zone. If had been thinking a little better I might have tried fill flash on the metallic blue spider. I may have gotten a lot more detail.

    The two grass blades in front. Maybe the one on the back left.
