Okay, I think pretty much all the votes we're going to get have been sent in. So.............

The top 3 pretty much dominated the voting, with the winner being well out in front. I know many people struggled to pick only one from what, overall, was a good quality entry.

Congratulations to Sylvain, Bobo and Andrew. I also had a hard time selecting only one photo, which is a testament to the overall quality of images posted and says something extra about the three who were voted best.

Thanks for the votes everyone, its an honour to head up a tough group of entries. I very nearly didn't take my picture as I had been up on the moor walking to an ancient oak woodland and the light had been ok but I couldn't get the images I wanted so I headed for home. I drove off the moor and was just thinking about the 35 mile drive home when I thought it looked like the sun was breaking through the clouds. I turned around and found a small side road that I didn't even know was there and within 100 yards I found this scene before me. The hill in the background actually has a church on top and is called Brentor. Thanks once again. Andrew.

Usually I have a dead ringer that I am going to vote for out of the entries in these comps. This time that wasn’t the case!

I found myself having to get down to the nitty and the gritty to make a decision! Which gave me a huge headache because I had to actually think! Something I find myself incapable of most of the time!
