    This photo of a bull kudu helps one understand just how kudus blend into their environment. When a predator comes nearby they often stand very still. If they run in the forest they have been known to jump obstacles eight feet tall.

    Beautiful animal, Chuck...I would have like that horn but killing a beautiful animal is just not my thing. Wonder how the meat taste like? Just curious...

    For me, it looks and tastes like beef except that the meat looks leaner.

    Thanks to all for the comments. Mike is right. It tastes like lean beef. We had it prepared more than one way.
