I took this shot inside a commuter rail car on the Aonami Line in hopes that I might get something. These shots generally don't work all that well because the outside is much brighter than the train interior. When I opened up the shot, it was fairly decent, but the interior was still too dark, but thanks to the use of blending modes (top layers were using the screen blending mode), layer masks and my Wacom tablet, I was able to dodge much of the interior space to get a shot that seems to work quite well.
It's not an HDRI shot; it's a tad changing to get to do that when the train is moving along at around 100 km/hr (60 mph). It's done with Nik Color Efex4 with both the Tonal Contrast and Skylight filters.
