I find both images interesting but I think I would find #1 very interesting with a levels adjustment.

+1 from me. Both nice but the second image is currently more striking than the first but with a levels adjustment, the first one comes into its own.

Jim,John, I actually did apply some level adjustment but wanted to keep that dreemy look. Please feel free to offer editing suggestions.

Lovely mornings. I'm in the camp of increasing contrast/clarity in the first shot. But IMO the second is the better of the two anyway.
