Really interesting sky. Nicely seen and captured. I find the composition to be a bit awkward with just the strip of water visible above the line of the wall. Did you try shooting from either slightly higher or lower to include more of the water or completely eliminate it?

Very neat shot, Jeff...I really like it...I do not know if it is a simple shot or a complicated one and I like that little stubby rainbow in the sky too..and the threatening clouds.
