Helpful Posts: There is a small shop at the harbour in Saint Martin de Re (France) which specialises in the sale of all types of products relating to the stories of Tintin and Snowy, a series of cartoons created by the Belgian cartoonist Georges Remi under the pen name Hergé and published in many newspapers during the mid to late 20th.Century.
I couldn't resist capturing the moment when this life size model appears to escape past the couple eating ice cream. (Maybe I'm starting to lose it!)

Thanks guys. I used to follow the stories way back at the beginning of time when one of our national newspapers, The Irish Times, ran them daily for years. So it's a real trip down memory lane for me.

Thank you Izzie, Sandy and Ann Marie. Like you Ann Marie I await the second movie with great anticipation. There's some talk of a third also. I always marvel at how George's Remi could creat such strong images and captivating stories with such limited graphics and dialogue.
