Re: Weekend away
A wonderful place Greg and very nice seascape/landscape images. I also loved your flower shot , the bees create a wonderful composition in the center and the color of the flower is so lovely

Re: Weekend away
Greg, #2 all the way for me. Since I'm presently on an island and am at the beach every day, I'm a sucker for gorgeous beach shots. And #2 is definitely a gorgeous beach shot. Would love to be there, kicking back, adult bevvy in hand and listening to the waves break and the seagulls (for our member who likes to remind everyone there is no such thing as seagulls) calling. Do me a favor Greg and post some of these beach shots in February when we're knee deep in that winter sh*t here in the northeast U.S.
P.S. I'm not not liking #3 either!

Re: Weekend away
Looks like a really great spot Greg. The flower really is my pick of the series.
The bees are perfectly positioned to suit the curve of the petals and the stamen. It's a really good composition IMHO.

Re: Weekend away
Good set Greg. No 2 works well with the WA and No 1 is a cracker with the bees posing like that.

Re: Weekend away
Thanks Izzie and Grahame's, the bees were my favourite of the set but I was quite pleased how #2 came up, I used a ND filter with that shot. Still getting used to it as well as the wide angle lens
