Thank you Matt, thank you Izzie. Mat, I have to say that the bicycles of Copenhagen co-exist remarkably well with pedestrians and with motor traffic for that matter. They just seem to have settled into a way of life. For instance, I suspect that most parents in the UK would think twice about towing their brood in a buggy behind a bike in busy City streets but it seems to be fairly common there.

Thanks for the further info...It is nice to know the culture of other countries and areas in some part of the world.

John sorry to come in late on this but have been out of action for a while. These are great shots. We visited Copenhagen last year and thought it was a lovely city. It certainly lives up to the old Danny Kaye song "Wonderful Wonderful Copenhagen".
