Hi,
This is an orthodox church.Between visitors, not believers, this child who prayed reminded me a childhood's prayer:"Angel,my little Angel,...I am weakly,You make me strongly..." and so on,and so on...

Radu you have a wonderfully unique and vibrant way of showing us Central European life. Why don't we get pairs of chocolate breasts adorning the shelves at Thorntons? When your eyes find the praying child in the last shot it suddenly transforms the whole image and he/she becomes a focal point. It is a very touching study

Hi,
Mihai Cantacuzino was a man who, around 1690,traveled to Holy Land.Being there he arrived at St.Ekaterina Monastery on Sinai Mountain.Touched being in his feelings, when he was back,he found a place on a mountain and built a small monastery which was named Sinaia.Below You see a pano image of this settlement.

Hi,
Around this monastery grew a village. When,in 19th century, our loved king Carol the 1st built here his castle the development of this settlement begun. This new position lead to build a new church for monks as for inhabitants and tourists. Thus the old village became a holidays town named Sinaia.

Hi,
Neither in this small hungarian town of Kecskemet nor elsewhere the stability seems to be not at home.

Hi,
In my Faith the Cross Day is coming soon.On this monument there are three types of crosses. From down to top there are a Greek a Slavic a Latin and a Slavic one again. In our Christian past the Slavs ruled our Faith so there is nothing new to be Slavic crosses on our monuments.I am not sure at all but,I like to think that the presence of the Latin cross is a builders' revenge.
