I know the feeling. These darlings can really put a guilt trip on you.

When I was in the Navy, I would leave home in uniform on working days. My springer spaniel would happily wag her tail and bid me goodbye. However, if I ever left home in civilian clothes and did not take her, she would sulk in a chair and not even look at me!

Poor Grace...I know that look too with our Tucker...how I still misses him so much! With Roxie, she doesn't care...but she will be happy to see us back even if only from the supermarket trip. Funny dogs! they are quite a character...thanks for morning laugh, Dan...
