Always cover the player instead of the ball (2nd image), at least sometimes. At least that's what I saw in a movie. Nice captures.

That is also what I learned about shooting airshows, almost the same as sports action shots ---follow a certain airplane and she'll be right as Aussies will say...

Nice shots! What equipment and exposure did you use to capture them? Also what level. junior college, college, high school, etc?

This is a high school game. Equipment and exposure: Fuji X Pro 1, 60mm lens, 1/500 @ 2.8, ISO 6400.
