São João Del Rei - Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel

Hi. Another church of São João del Rei. Shot during my recent trip to the city. This is a Rococo building (see more at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rococo) from the early 18th century. C&C welcomed. Thanks for viewing. Cheers,

All good shots...it does entice to feel like a Catholic again, though I probably will not...

That was not the purpose of the thread, Izzie. I am not Catholic. It is just about images.

    Thanks for viewing! Cheers,

    Hi Otavio,

As expected, your technique is superb. Especially the last image at an angle.

Perhaps, you can add some people ( as you did in # 1 ) to let the viewer grasp the immense size of the churches.

    Thanks.

Thank you, Vic, for viewing and commenting.

At the time I visited the church there were no people inside it but the caretakers so I had no choice but shooting it empty.

    kindest regards,

Good, Izzie. That is the spirit of photography (bringing feelings to us). Thanks, again, for passing by. Regards,
