I don't know what to say...this is a clear shot and it is not exactly B/W but mono in blue...but maybe another mono version works? I think you are experimenting on Nik here...and there are dust bunnies on the upper right hand side of the image. I thought it was my monitor but it moves with the image in lytebox...also on the top left hand side...near the building's edge.
