    Swansea Bay Abstract

A bit of an experimental image, it is of Swansea Bay from a place called Mumbles further along the coast after the sun has gone down.

I'm really happy with it but obviously I'm biased

What makes this for me is the line of that shoreline. That lovely sweep round to the point and then the sharp exit out to the right.

    Hi Matt,

    Nice image.

Btw, do you have a version that isn't too saturated?

    Thanks

    Thanks all for viewing/commenting all.

I agree Donald, the sweeping shoreline is my favourite part too.

Thanks, I don't have a less saturated version at the moment.

I'm sure it's not every one's cup of tea but I could see this on the wall and enjoy it. It may sound odd but the two vertical structures (?), one on the small sandbank and one (white) on the far shore are crucial to the comp. Just enough to take my eye through. Well done for seeing something different Matt.

Thanks John, the closest vertical structure is in fact a woman and the other is a building with luxury apartments and restaurant on the top floor.

I wanted to wait to comment on this until I could see it on a large monitor. It's beautiful Matt - so serene! +1 to John.
