Super Hero Fun Time
Just wanted to see how well editing displays. f/2.2, ISO 2000, 1/250sec. Wish they were facing the camera but they were in their own universe. I had the 85mm lens on the camera and was shooting through a throng of other shooters.

Why do I always like the second shots?
But I do...The first woman, I have problems with her right fingernails; in the second batch, the first one is a hard shot but you recovered on the second which I like. Anyway, both batches are very colourful and nicely processed.

Does your son wear the costumes or just attend? For me it was a good photo opportunity and I would say that at least 10% of the attendees were there strictly for the same reason, some of the photographers also wore costumes but for the most part the real draw for these types of events are either into Cosplay or are gamers.
