That's a tricky scene to shoot, Joe. You have managed to capture the dark of wood in the foreground and the bright lights of the leaves in teh background. Nice colours. Maybe it needs a touch of brightness to make it pop a bit more.

Conceptually interesting, but does it work?
I'd have to say no, as we have a hard time trying to figure out what the subject is. Our eyes dart all over the image looking for something to focus on and can't find it, so they keep on looking. This is not something we really want in a composition. I suspect this is one of those scenes that looked great in real life, but don't translate well when captured by the camera.
