I am seeing a Mercedes car as my fourth image anyone else seeing this?
Nice captures, no Mercedes.
Cheers John, still showing on mine!
Nice shots, especially #4. I'm not into cars so I probably would not recognize a Mercedes if one ran me over!
John
Thanks John, if the person who is effing about with the site wants me to have the car, he can have my images no problem!
In this thread I am seeing all the correct images David.
Yesterday, in a Mini-Comp, one of the images clearly wasn't correct (per title), so I guess TinyPic must still be having indexing issues occasionally.
These are, as usual, excellent technical quality - as a subject, I prefer the jumping spiders to Robber Flies though
Great shots. #4 is technically excellent, but I prefer #2 and #5 because they show the animal in action.
Very well captured David.
Outstanding images David. Your images give me inspiration to keep working on my macro skills.
Dave
Not a critique just a question. Is there camera lens combo that would allow you the DOF to get all of these beasties in focus?
Thanks for all the kind comments guys, Dan, if you look close at #1 he also is feasting, albeit with the smallest lunch I have ever seen one eating
Donald, this is me without a drink or anything else for that matter
Cheers David
Not that I am aware of B, the only way to get it all in focus is stacking, and with live bugs you need to be really good, thats if they will sit long enough for you, I only know of a few people who can do this well! Maybe one day
Hmmm, that's a coincidence; two people in Turkey see a Mercedes car for #4, while the rest of the world does not.
This reminds me (I think) that previous examples of this 'bug' have been geographically related.
I suspect that whatever (local) server replicates www content to your part of the world suffered a transient error that has somehow not been 'refreshed away' yet.
Of course, anyone prone to believing conspiracy theories will no doubt have an alternate explanation.
Wonderful macros, David. I love all of theses shots. I am yet to venture into macro photography, your shots are an inspiration!
All great shots David, not just the IQ but the difference in compositions.
Cheers, Grahame
#1 #3 and #5 seem to be all in focus?
