Window 10 upgrade & Adobe PS

    Hi all

I am just wondering if anyone here has recently upgraded their PC from Win 7 to Win 10 & whether you have encountered any issues with PS, ACR, LR or any of the plugins like Google Nik or Topaz.

    Thanks

I use Spyder4Express, which officially supports Windows 10. When the Windows 10 installation automatically rebooted the computer, it did not recognize the calibration profile. That was explained in a message produced by the calibration software. I immediately calibrated the monitor and ever since then rebooting automatically recognizes and applies the profile. The exact change due to calibration that was apparent using Windows 7 is also apparent using Windows 10.

I have lightroom cc and PS cc and both work in W10, as does CC.

I upgraded both my laptop and desktop computers to Windows 10 and have had no trouble whatsoever with Lightroom, Photoshop, NIK and On1 onj either machine. If anything On1 is more stable under Windows 10 than it was under Win 8 where it had a bad habit of crashing from time to time.

Thanks David. I'm still using CS6 but I have premier pro CC and other programs. I will go through my list of programs first and will update around x-mas when I have more time to fix the comp if anything goes wrong.

Thank you Grant. I will be upgrading from Win7. I never liked Win8 so skipped it completely. Hopefully, Win10 will remain as a stable operating platform.
