Helpful Posts: I am still looking for a program to open and process Panasonic FZ200 RAW files. PS CS4 does not recognize these files. Someone suggested IrfranView but although it can open the files, it cannot allow editing. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Was there a CD included with the camera? I think Panasonic supplies an old version of SilkyPix with their cameras.

I would imagine Adobe's free dng converter will handle the files - then you cake your pick of software, including CS4.

All of the suggestions made so far are valid, but you will not be able to edit the raw files without first converting them to a format that CS4 can open . TIFF is the usual choice and as Dave has suggested, DNG. Remember CS4 is over 7 years old, so the fact that it does not support newer cameras should not be a surprise to anyone.
