Me thinks she's on her mobile (phone) and just wandering about, deep in conversation, so yes, she has no defined destination.
I like the way the crate 'balances' her in the lane.

Good one, Ole! Strange to see a neat street around there, usually full of people and such...have you been roaming around very early in the morning? I like the conversion to black and white too...Maybe John and Dave are correct in their assessments of her...who knows? but it is a good image anyway and matches your title...
