At the festival
Here are a few young ladies, in National Dress, at the Tsechu festival at the Thimpu (more correctly the Tashichho) Dzong. This fortified monastery is also the seat of government and also contains the King's throne room and his offices. Thimpu is Bhutan's capital city.
This is the most important festival of the year and lasts for three days. The masked cham dancers are what everyone is here to see.

Thanks Izzie - the PP approach I 'm using a lot of right now is quite minimalist. On this cropped shot I used a bit of import sharpening, I set the white balance to where I wanted it, a slight amount of dehaze, a touch of of both clarity and vibrance, set the black and white points and added a vignette. I did use a third party plugin (Image Trends ShineOff (the first time in ages I used it)) as well.

Re: At the festival
Interesting...I've only done the WB thing selection on where I want it to be sort of thing ...once recently on my Grant's Farm uploads, actually at yesterday's submission of the eagle with a fish, then the rest I reverted to custom settings using the color temperature and tint experiment and found I like the latter one better...then do the b/w points. Thanks for pointing out that technique. I like watching your posts and some others like Terry's because I learn a lot.
