    Berserkr Games (image heavy)

I dropped by the Berserkr Games over the weekend. These "games" are a military-style obstacle course covering 2.7 miles per lap. A participant signs up for one to four laps. There are about 50 obstacles ranging from mud pits--one is 400 yards long--to climbing walls, etc. There are several of these games around the U.S., but this is the only one that has a helicopter drop and swim as the first obstacle. The entire run over a plowed course, adding to the adversity. Since it was Halloween, many of the participants wore costumes. C&C always.

Cool set of shots Dean. Yes nice tutu in 5.

I'd be a bit worried about safety issues with the helicopter drop. Think of the paperwork if something went wrong !

That must be the most fun thing ever to be in! Those are the kind of things I would had enjoyed participating if I am young-er...sadly, old bones, or tinted white hairs do not mix very well with strenuous activities anymore. Yes, the tutu guy is very funny...I love that.

    Very good series Dean

Especially; timing, compositions and shooting angles.

    Cheers, Dave

The light appears to have been rather poor which has reduced your options, so these images have come you very well.

Thanks to all for viewing and commenting.
Dave, I appreciate your edit to add the numbers.
Geoff, the light was worse than "rather poor"--there was a heavy overcast that did not clear until late afternoon.

Looks like a whole lot of fun, and skillfully captured. In Aus I think the pilot of the R44 would be invited to a "please explain why your license shouldn't be revoked" interview. CASA is no fun at all over here.
