In the rotated version, the ridge line of the roof appears to have a significant slope to the right. Is the whole building subsiding?

The yellow line follows the dormer? apex down through it's reflection. The white line is a vertical drawn while holding the the shift key in photoshop. It certainty indicates the need for an adjustment. However it is a very pleasant scene even if I can't see any falls - well certainly not a waterfall as I expected. Maybe it is what we call autumn here.....
For architectural photographs I find the alignment of the verticals is more important than the horizontals but in seascapes it tends to be the reverse.
