The Leh-Ladakh Series.

Hi. Last week I was in Ladakh, my dream destination. It is a cold desert in Himalayas, India. It is situated at an altitude of 13,500 ft. The air is rarefied and the oxygen level is pretty low.
Here are a few pics from the trip. Few of the pics have been uploaded & resized on tinypic, so the quality would be deteriorated.

TinyPic doesn't re-size, but CiC does; for the posts here, it makes anything bigger than 700 px = 700 px on the longest side.
However, if you (and anyone else viewing) hits Ctrl+0, then F11 on their keyboard, then clicks on an image, it should show them full size and full quality (as they are landscape orientation and 1023 x 685 px), you can also step through them in the Lytebox.

The default 700 px really does not do them justice, but is a necessary restriction, easily overcome as said.

By way of critique, a couple appear to show significant WB errors; when publishing a series like this with something that we know should be white; e.g. snow and/or clouds, why not use that as a WB reference point (on all 4) to ensure consistent colours across all shots?

Hindsight is a wonderful thing of course

I uploaded a 1280 X something pic on tinypic and chose the option to resize as I had to post it to a forum, which accepts pic of maximum length 1024.
Well I am always open for critics, but these were just to share a breath taking view with you all. I have taken care of WB and other things in my other images.

Hi Sahil,

These are all good, but these two in particular seem to have a bit of a white line along the sky/mountain edge (when viewed fullsize), I'd suggest a smaller radius and/or lesser amount in sharpening to avoid this, so nearly perfect apart from this though - you have progressed well over the last few months.

... and the last shot with the light over the monastry is good.
