Helpful Posts: First snow of the year this morning. It was a dull, cold, windy day with snow falling so without extra lighting it was tough to get a decent shot with the camera settings I could manage. I had to crop in close so this image is not very large.

It is still autumn in Turkey and we may not get snow at all in winter , so I like seeing images with snow in CinC

We don't have snow yet here either but the Canadian cold is getting to us. That is a very nice shot, Dave...I like it very much. The close crop is good.

The colours work very well. A lovely picture.
We've got snow up high, but apart from an attempt on Friday with that wet, slushy rain, we haven't seen anything lower down ... yet. We're due a more severe winter. We haven't really had snow lower down for the last 2 years.
