Nice shot Jim, I think the cloud is fine... you don't want it to be too 'dominating' or it would distract away from the building.

I like it very much as well. And I've been asking myself why it works. I think it's the fact that it comprises of big, bold, relatively uncomplicated lines. They very clearly create the shapes and patterns that give us the blocks of tone and colour.

Jim, I haven't gotten around yet to trying it, but it occurred to me that rather than playing with
incense smoke...using clouds might be a viable alternative.
