    RGB Door. C&C Welcome

Hi, going forward on my photography venture I stopped and clicked another shot. Can you please review it and let me know what exactly is missing for it to make it much better?

Please provide your views and suggestion with composition, frame, crops and processing.

    Thank You

Update #1 : SOOC Snapshot as requested by Respected CIC Members. There was not room to go back so i have to use this focal length.

The only slight changes which I would make are towards the bottom of the image where there are a few very small white spots, in the area near the flowers. I would clone out those spots.

    Hi Raj,

ah'd like tae see the un-cropped image (if ye still have it). Think the doorway could still be dominant with a large wall, given the very strong colours.

Actually Raj, contrary to Boab, I like the tight crop which matches the width of the blue areas to that of the red (and green).

I played around in LyteBox shifting it up and down, wondering if I could find a better crop across the bottom of shot, but decided in the end you have that right too.

    Well done, Dave

Lovely shot. I'd second Dave's initial suggestion that a very minor crop to the darker portion of the water shadow would remove a needless visual transition and strengthen the emphasis on the striking door and frame. But I am picking at nits. It's excellent regardless.

Love the colour and the subject. I would like to see the door/gate in the background and its fan shaped panel above the door more in the centre. The fact that it's all slightly to the left distracts me. Maybe I like symmetry too much

Thanks a lot for your kind review and suggestion. I fully agree about removing the tension and will surely crop the image just as suggested.
