    Great choice for background and you captured the colors so well as we know red can be an issue, love the composition a nice piece of art .

    Thank you everyone, I appreciate all your comments. The amaryllis is a favorite flower of mine to shoot - too bad it blooms only once a year. This flower was shot at f/16, 0.4 seconds in natural light, against a black background.
