On purpose Over exposed
Lately I have done some shots in which a over exposed on purpose to completely blow out a piece of the photo. I find the results, if you do it right, quite pleasing. What do you think? Would you mind giving some C&C?
And I would like to see some others similar over exposing shots. If you have them, feel free to post them here.

Re: On purpose Over exposed
I think it is a brilliant idea and I do like the top one. I find it is easier to get away with in B+W.

Thank you Steve, Do you have some shots of you own you want to share. Or maybe you want to try it today? I'm curious to see some.

I do have one actually; it is a bit warm for me to go out today but I was out earlier and couldn't do a thing right, not even a sequence of HDR images for some reason I forgot how the camera does it. But I will process one of them now.

Not as good as yours Jeroen because it wasn't really planned but if there were more white on the right it could be interesting. I mean show more of the hill blown out at the top.
