I don't thing this quite works foe me, Jim, although I think I see what you might be trying to do here.
I find that the ship is jammed against the very left edge of the image (I assume you were trying to hid a messy looking dock?), which means the balance is all to one side. I suspect that you are trying to add some counter-weight to this by including the bridge, but that does not really do much.
The subject is the ship, so much of the water below the ship as well as the sky and bridge to the right don't add anything to the shot and really shouldn't be there.

I have to agree with Grumpy Diver on this one. I ask wht is your primary subject and what exactly are you trying to capture , the pic does not lead me and is hard to view . It took me a while , but than I am slow , to apprehend the title to your pic .Again this is only my view .
