I like the image very much, cool effect. I only have LR so I don't believe it can do that kind of PP.

Thanks Dave, and the motion blur tool is not available in LR, but I think it is in After Effects. (Although I have never used it)

No I didn't actually get any of the bay/promenade in the shot, but thats where it was taken from.

I have a few more images that include the bay/promenade I'll be posting over the weekend hopefully.
