Oh my goodness! What an ugly fish! It has a nice expression on its face though and that makes up for the lack of beauty...it must have other characteristics that is good. Is this edible? Did I really ask that? I like the second shot though...the eye there on that side is more pronounced. The colour is much better too...the first one has a blueish cast... I can look at these again and again and wonder about their expressions. Happier.

A good capture through glass. Round here they are called Pufferfish because of their ability to inflate themselves into a very prickly football. Although they inflate quickly they take a long time to deflate. I caught on once and threw it back - it floated off into the distance until something large ate it. Sadly most fishermen kill them.
