In fact it is 100% real. The cold light in the shady foreground, the fog that floats in the middle, the sun, everything.
I processed this one from a single RAW file.

It is an interesting photo and my first impression was that it was two photos, one mounted above the other. The top one third, above the horizontal line looks distinctly out of place. But nature plays funny tricks with the light, sometimes, and you have a great photo here!
