Tejal..I will not comment on your image's correction suggestion as others have already done that...what I am intrigue about is why those people are holding on those bowls up? Is it possible for you to describe this process of making bricks this way. We have a place a bit further where I live and they make bricks and similar products for large clienteles but not the way your picture here shows... Thank you.

Actually it is an over, where they are standing. Below this surface bricks are placed and heat is given. Here are some place which may help you to understand it. Actually, I was also so much curious to know how it works. And it was a real fun photographing that place .
