Took these a few minutes ago. Sun and shade on the Day Lily's growing in the front yard. Boy do I love my Canon 100mm L macro..

Very nice Dave.
I wonder if you love yours as much as I love my (Nikon) 105mm and 75-300mm
I do wish my front, or back, yard had flowers rather than weeds though, sorta rules out this kinda thing for me unless I go visiting.
I'm afraid I can't pick a favourite, they all have slightly different benefits.

Clicking on them to view in the lightbox really makes them even more impressive. Not sure about the out-of-focus stuff behind the leaves in #3. Perhaps a bit distracting. No such issue, however, with #1 and #2.
