OK...here are my opinion, strictly mine... OK I am a fan of white vignette. I like it EXCEPT that since it is an old view, you could have put some other effects like sepia or copper or something olde style. You are using Nik's are you? There a lot more there to emphasize the old view effect.

I think #2 are just maps...maps of Brighton and nearby areas? Those thingies at the side looks more like men's protective cups (pardon my ignorance..)

I like Menu(2) reason being I love seafood...good shot!

#3 would be a difficult shot for me. No know-how on how to even start...a camera?
